Dear Tourism Practittioners,
As the new year begins, we take you to a new level of challenges that hope to bring you better perspectives about our Field. This First Exercise for the year hopes to allow you just that! Please guided by the following instructions:
Responding to Queries: As part of our normal Business Communication operational requirements, we are expected to respond to our clients with utmost clarity, organization, and professionalism. Remember the M.O.D.E. Guideline? Your task now is to:
1. As Customers, View everyone's company websites (ALL Lakbay Pangarap enrolled Tourism participants)
2. As Customers, Reply to everyone's product presentations and POST your queries as an exaggeratedly difficult and demanding customer. Post a minimum of five (5) questions. Your questions must be aimed at clarifying all the information / pictures / posted on their websites and to hopefully be satisfied with the responses that you will get from the company owners or product specialists.
3. As Company Owners / Product Specialists, you are required to RESPOND to all the queries posted on your respective websites. Your goal is get a SALE or a confirmation from at least eight (8) inquiring Customers.

Responding to All the Queries - January 8 up to January 11, 2011
